Bluesy Killer Horn (ブルージィ キラーホーン, Burūjii Kirā Hōn) is the forty-second chapter of the Trigun manga. It is also the twenty-second chapter of Trigun Maximum.

Summary[]

Naming the Gung-Ho-Guns who have met their demise, Midvalley laments over their losses. Midvalley meets with Hoppered and they talk about a blade he now wields. He notes the echo and the hull of the gale speaks volumes, to which, he can understand.

A flashback showing Knives approaching Midvalley and his band before he became a Gung-Ho-Gun. Knives compliments the performance Midvalley did with his band and claims that he's a collector of Knives ones sharp enough to cause genocide. From their Midvalley joined the Gung-Ho-Guns and committed several murders in his lifetime all for Knives to make Vash suffer.

Legato reports to Knives that they've been unable to get in contact with Leonof and Gray. Furthermore, he asks what they should do about Chapel. To Legato's astoundment, Knives claims they do nothing as he's following his plans accordingly. Elsewhere, Midvalley hesitantly plans on ambushing Legato with his Saxophone weapon. Another flashback reveals that when Midvalley tried to kill Knives with their weapons, Knives retaliates by killing his bandmates. Back in the present Midvalley collapses due to anxiety.

Elsewhere in the desert, Wolfwood and Vash bicker amongst each other as the fervent heat gets to them. Just then Meryl and Milly drive by them and Meryl flaunts herself drinking a canister of water. Enraged the two men chase after the women.

Back to Midvalley and Hoppered, Legato plans on sending the two Gung-Ho-Guns next.
